Terms of Sale & Use

These terms govern your use of this site and any purchase you make from TLX Group LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Research use only

Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research use only. Our Research-Use Disclaimer sets out what that means, what is prohibited, and what you confirm when you order. It forms part of these terms, and it is the part that matters most — read it before you buy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and able to form a binding contract. You must be a qualified researcher, or be purchasing on behalf of a research institution or a commercial entity engaged in research.

Orders and acceptance

An order you place is an offer to buy. It is not accepted until we confirm dispatch. Receiving an order confirmation email, or having a payment authorised or captured, does not by itself form a contract of sale.

We may decline, cancel or limit any order at our discretion — including where an item is unavailable, where the order appears fraudulent, where a shipping destination is one we do not serve, or where we believe the material is intended for a prohibited use. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We do not charge sales tax.

Despite our care, a price or product detail may be listed incorrectly. Where an item's correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We do not ship an incorrectly priced order without telling you first.

Payment

Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card details; the provider handles them under its own terms and security standards.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide, and that the billing information you give us is accurate.

Shipping, title and risk

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not export, and you must not re-export material bought from us.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Once a package is with the carrier, transit time is outside our control — but we remain responsible for the outcomes described in our Refunds & Returns policy, including loss and damage in transit.

You are responsible for giving a correct, deliverable address. Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.

Product information

Product pages describe measured physical facts: identity, amount, purity as determined by an independent laboratory, and storage conditions. We publish certificates of analysis per lot, including results that come back below specification.

We make no representation, and give no guidance, about what a material does in any biological system, or about its suitability for any application.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly at support@trulixir.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated ordering, no interference with its operation, no use of it to break the law, and no reproduction of our content, photography or certificates for commercial purposes without permission.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, photography and layout are ours or our licensors'. Certificates of analysis may be shared and reproduced in full for verification purposes; they may not be edited, excerpted misleadingly, or presented as covering a lot they do not name.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the site and everything sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing here excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the cost of substitute goods — including any loss arising from the use of a material in a way these terms and our Research-Use Disclaimer prohibit.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms, from your use, handling, storage or disposal of material bought from us, or from your supply of that material to anyone else.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their exercise of jurisdiction over you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
