Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information TLX Group LLC collects, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information you give us

• Account details: your email address and, if you provide one, your name. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see or hold your password.
• Order details: the shipping address, contact details and items associated with an order.
• Correspondence: messages you send us, including support requests and anything you attach to them.
• Notification requests: the email address you give us to be told when an item is back in stock.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. This is standard web-server and platform logging, and it is what allows us to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
• Essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a signed basket cookie, and the cookies our platform needs to serve the site securely.
• Measurement, **only if you agree to it**: counts of the pages visited and the terms searched for. See "Cookies and tracking" below for exactly what is recorded, what is not, how long it is kept, and how to decline or change your mind.

Payment information

We do not collect, process or store full payment card numbers. Card details are entered into our payment provider's own secure fields and handled by them under their terms and security standards.

What we receive back and retain is limited to what we need to service the order and meet our record-keeping obligations: the amount, the outcome, a reference, and a truncated card descriptor such as the last four digits and card brand.

How we use your information

• To take, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to handle returns, damage claims and refunds
• To operate your account and authenticate you
• To send transactional messages: order confirmations, dispatch and tracking notices, password resets, and back-in-stock alerts you asked for
• To respond to your enquiries
• To keep the site secure, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms
• To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Hosting, database and authentication: the platforms that run this site and store its data
• Payment processing: the provider that handles your card details and the resulting transaction
• Shipping carriers: the name, address and contact details needed to deliver your package
• Email delivery: the provider that sends transactional email on our behalf

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, in response to a valid legal request, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If our business is transferred, customer information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Account information is kept while your account is open. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to handle any follow-up. Back-in-stock requests are deleted once fulfilled or on request.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information: encrypted connections, access controls, and a database whose rules restrict what any given request can read. Administrative actions on customer and order records are logged.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

• See and correct your account details from your account page
• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your account and the information associated with it, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons
• Unsubscribe from any non-transactional email. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and cannot be switched off while the order is live.

To make a request, email support@trulixir.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Those rights apply to you regardless of anything in this policy that might read more narrowly.

Cookies and tracking

**We run no third-party trackers and no advertising cookies.** Nothing on this site sends your browsing to an advertising network, a data broker or an analytics company, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

### Cookies that are always set

These are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them:

• A session cookie, so you stay signed in.
• A signed shopping-basket cookie, so your basket survives while you browse.
• The cookies our hosting platform requires to serve pages securely.

### Cookies we set only if you say yes

We count visits so we can see which products people look at and what they search for. This is our own measurement — the data goes nowhere but our own database. If you agree, we set two cookies:

• One that lasts about two years and tells us a returning browser is the same browser.
• One that lasts thirty minutes of inactivity and groups the pages of a single visit together.

Both hold nothing but a random identifier. They are not derived from your name, your email, your device or your network address.

**What we record alongside them:** the page path you requested, the site that linked you here (its domain only), any campaign tags in the link you followed, whether your device is a phone, tablet or desktop, and a two-letter country supplied by our hosting platform.

**What we do not record: your IP address.** Our measurement never stores it — it is used momentarily to work out the country and to stop automated abuse, and no record we keep of your visit contains it. A country is the most precise location we keep. Two narrow exceptions, so this is not overstated: our hosting platform keeps standard server logs, as described above, and if an address is used for abuse an administrator can add it to a block list to stop it.

**If you have a basket or an account, this measurement can be linked to an order you place.** That is how we can tell how many people who looked at something went on to buy it. We are telling you plainly because a policy that lists the cookies without saying that would be technically true and still misleading.

### Saying no, and changing your mind

The site works exactly the same either way — nothing is withheld, delayed or degraded if you decline.

• Choosing **essential cookies only** means no measurement cookies are set and no page views are recorded for you at all.
• If your browser sends a **Global Privacy Control** signal, we treat that as a no without asking you.
• You can change your answer at any time using the **Cookie preferences** link in the footer of every page. Declining afterwards stops any further recording.

### How long we keep it

Individual page-view records are deleted after **180 days**. What survives is a daily count — how many visits, how many pages — with nothing in it that could be traced to a browser or a person. Search terms are kept for up to a year and are stored with no identifier of any kind, so they cannot be connected back to whoever typed them.

Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

The site is operated from, and its data is stored in, the United States. We ship within the United States only. If you access the site from elsewhere, you are sending your information to the United States, where data-protection law may differ from your own.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and material changes will be described there.
